The technician we have called on to regularly look after the organ, this time commented that it was no longer financially viable to repair and we are now looking to dispose of this organ as we have now replaced it with a 4 year old Johannus Opus 5 digital organ. Unfortunately, the power supply unit has begun to fail and when played the organ emits a strong burning smell.
